Are you truly flourishing or just getting by? Take the Flourishing Snapshot Assessment and gain a better overall picture of your whole-life wellness and where to focus next.
As a certified Relational Spirituality Coach, Wes would love to help you process your Flourishing Wheel Snapshot. Click the box at the end of step 5, “Share my Results with my Coach” and he will receive a copy of your report. This will allow him and the rest of our team to support you in your Flourishing journey.

Counseling
Everyone needs a listening ear and a voice of wise counsel. Not just for times of crisis, counseling can be a priceless opportunity for strengthening your marriage, family, and ministry.
Through the donations of churches and individuals, the Northwest Baptist Convention is able to provide financial assistance for up to 10 counseling sessions for lead pastors and their families.
Whether you are experiencing a crisis or looking for ongoing counseling support to strengthen your mental and emotional health, the NWBC is here to support you on your journey.
ServantCARE
This ministry partner cares for those who serve by providing low cost hospitality homes for pastors and ministry leaders. This partner helps you find a place to rest, be refreshed, be restored, and to reconnect and realign individually, as a couple, or with the entire family.
Note: A referral letter is needed for this service. Contact us to obtain your referral and complete the sign-up process.
Anchored Virtual is a counseling resource and partnership available to NWBC pastors/leaders and spouses. (If you would like to request financial assistance, please click the link above and complete the request form first.)

OASIS
Oasis is a bi-annual retreat provided by NWBC for pastors and their wives to take a step away from their day-to-day ministry and gather with other leaders from around the Northwest for fellowship, encouragement, and refreshing.
