Featured Speaker

Nick Stumbo began in ministry at the East Hills Alliance Church in Kelso, Washington. Serving as lead pastor for more than a decade, Nick observed the fallout of sexual brokenness and devastation in the lives of men and women in the church and recognized the need for a culture of grace in the church.

Confronted with his own addiction to pornography, Nick and his wife, Michelle, found hope and healing through the counseling and group ministries of Pure Desire. That work radically changed their lives. His public disclosure to his church body led to a revival of forgiveness and healing, launching Pure Desire groups for men and women.

Following his healing, Nick stayed connected to Pure Desire through group leadership and authored two books. Today, as the Executive Director for Pure Desire, Nick continues to believe churches can become places of healing. As he shares some of his story and commitment at our NWBC annual meeting on Tuesday morning and in breakout sessions, his passion for the church and this healing ministry will be evident.

Other Speakers

Also sharing inspirational messages during the annual meeting are Bryan Bernard, pastor of Redemption Church in Corvallis, Oregon, and NWBC president, along with Lance Caddel, the NWBC's Executive Director.
