Room reservations for the NWBC annual meeting at Great Wolf Lodge from November 11-13 are open.

Method of Reservation
Each room is reserved on an individual basis by a guest by calling Great Wolf Customer Contact Center at
866-941-9653 or visiting the website by October 10.
Each caller must identify as a member of the group with the Block Offer Code 2411NWBA, and provide the first night’s room and tax as a deposit using a major credit card. Each room has up to 72 hours prior to check-in to cancel the individual room. If the room is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, 100 percent of the first room night plus tax will be charged to the credit card or taken from the deposit, as applicable.

Great Wolf Lodge has initiated a $15 daily parking fee for regular guests, but the NWBC annual meeting contract states that those staying at GWL as part of the NWBC annual meeting group will not have to pay the parking fees. As before, resort fees, etc. are also waived.

The room rate is based on 1-4 guests per room with each additional person costing $25.00 per room per night. The room rate for Family Suites this year is $209 per night.
