Developing and leading a healthy church is a challenging endeavor. Many barriers face pastors and churches wanting to effectively reach and minister to their communities for Christ. The Evangelism and Church Health Specialists assist churches in overcoming these barriers. This is accomplished through a system of pastor clusters, church consultations, coaches, and training events.

Healthy Church Assessment
This assessment provides churches with an external perspective on their current status. It helps churches understand their strengths and identifies areas where they might be facing challenges.
The goal is to give churches a clear picture of where they are and where they need to be by providing an audit on facilities, ministries, Constitution, Bylaws, and budgets. Church members also participate in an interview process. This gives the insight needed to give an accurate assessment of the overall health of the church.
T.H.R.I.V.E. Church Workshop
This workshop is designed to help churches take proactive steps towards health. The process is rooted in a deep connection to God's Word and prayer. The steps include:

Rediscovering the heart of God

Understanding the Church's identity

Examining the local community where the Church is located

Dreaming about what God can accomplish through the Church in the community

Developing a strategic plan to turn those dreams into reality

Revitalization & RePlanting
Revitalization involves God's transformative work to restore a church's health. This is marked by a renewed adherence to God's Word, harmonious relationships, and a refocused commitment to the Great Commission. In contrast, replanting involves discerning God's call to dissolve the current ministry and collaborate with others to establish a new church, new leadership, and ushering in a fresh season of ministry.
The key distinction lies in timing and approach. Revitalization offers a longer timeframe for gradual change, while replanting demands swift, significant shifts due to a shorter available time frame.

Shepherd to Shepherd
The Shepherd to Shepherd meetings are regionally-based gatherings of church leaders for the purpose of prayer, encouragement, and discussing ministry.
These gatherings follow a monthly rhythm from January to May/June in a variety of locations around the Pacific Northwest.
